Saydel Community School District

The Saydel Community School District asked Baker Group to update their existing mechanical systems and Building Automation System using the Facility Improvement Master Planning method.

Baker Group evaluated the mechanical systems, prepared budgets for implementation costs, and worked with the design team to finalize project scope for renovation of the Pleasantville Community School District's Elementary School.

To meet the facility energy efficiency goals and comfort needs for Clay County Iowa’s Administration Building, the Clay County Board of Supervisors utilized Baker Group’s Facility Improvement Master Plan to remove the existing mechanical system from their existing facility.
