For the second consecutive year, Baker Group has been named a 2018 Top Workplace by The Des Moines Register’s annual Top Workplaces in Iowa initiative. The program ranks Iowa workplaces based solely on employee responses to an in-depth survey and is administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, an independent research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement.
