The 1600 Randall Road Medical Office Building was developed by Healthcare Realty to service a wide variety of medical end users. Sitting near the corner of Randall road and Interstate 90 in Elgin, Illinois, this building is also located near a number of other medical office spaces and hospitals, giving those needing medical treatment and care a “one stop” convenient destination.
Baker Group was the design build contractor for the mechanical, temperature controls, security, and CCTV systems. Highlights include packaged rooftop units serving fan powered terminal boxes, web-based temperature controls, card access systems, and pan/tilt/zoom security cameras.
