This facility included a complete support office, six lane auction area, repair facility with garage hoists, paint booth and cafeteria. The project was on a fast track construction schedule with six month completion time.
Multiple types of mechanical HVAC were incorporated into the buildings which included roof tops, unit heaters, and infrared heaters. Baker Group also installed the owner’s AR compressor system, and vacuum system, along with car washing equipment and a full commercial kitchen in the main office building.
