Baker Group worked closely with the entire project team to deliver this Jordan Creek Village retail space utilizing fast-track construction process in only 13 weeks. Mechanical equipment, including eight RTU’s and numerous exhaust fans and air curtains, plus lighting systems were integrated to a Novar control system for this West Des Moines shopping destination.
