Baker Group provided mechanical installation and water feature design for DeWaay Capital Management’s headquarters. And, when it came time to build DeWaay Capital Management’s Building 5, Baker Group was chosen to install sheet metal and building automation controls.
Although the entire project team experienced delays due to weather, and the mechanical design was not complete when the project started, Baker Group successfully installed five split system air handling systems, three radiant heating systems, and one snowmelt system.
Baker Group also designed and built a large fireplace/water feature in the main lobby. The design and installation of the fireplace was consistent with mechanical systems, and built to enhance the architectural features surrounding it.
