This popular street-level restaurant can be found within the Allied Insurance a Nationwide Company building located along Locust Street in the Western Gateway in Des Moines.
Baker Group installed the HVAC and temperature control systems in the restaurant. Comfort heating and cooling is served by water source heat pumps that are fed from a roof mounted chiller. Heat pumps were tied to the base building BAS system.
