Petco’s Jordan Creek Village store in West Des Moines was built utilizing fast-track construction techniques that allowed the owner to be open for business in only 4 months. Five RTU’s, two unit heaters and an exhaust fan comprise the mechanical heating, ventilating and air conditioning system. Baker Group provided all plumbing, piping and sheet metal for this fast-track retail project.
