Responsible for the Wells Fargo Financial Corporate Headquarters’ HVAC systems, Baker Group’s challenges on the project ranged from an extremely tight construction schedule to limited on-site storage and space considerations.   

The building consists of a 300,000 CFM built-up air handling unit, variable air volume system, 1,000 ton chilled water plant, and 8.0 million BTU boiler plant.

Baker Group was also chosen to provide an Enterprise Level Access Control System .  This project included a complete Command and Control Center installed by Baker Group, and installation of DVR’s and Camera’s.   In addition, Baker Group installed the Optical Lanes with angle barriers and tied them into the Card Access System, an extensive Mantrap Operation, card readers, Revolving Doors on the Skywalk Level and the main entrance.  Baker Group installed a complete Badging system and provided integration capabilities with three additional Midwest locations.
