Wolfe Clinic’s choice of sites further solidifies “The Medical Mile” in West Des Moines. Wolfe had outgrown their current clinic and the new facility allows them to add physicians and increase the level of eyecare and surgical procedures for the next decade.
The new 38,000 SF building houses a physician clinic, laser surgery facility and an ambulatory surgery center.
Baker Group provided complete mechanical design/build services for this new facility, including; rooftop VAV, fan powered box, DDC controls, dedicated environmental systems for laser surgery and separate AHU/chilled water/hot water systems for the ambulatory surgery center.
