Baker Group, central Iowa’s premier mechanical, electrical and plumbing firm announced today the promotion of Mike Lipp, P.E. to Electrical Business Unit Leader. Lipp has been with Baker Group since 2004 and has managed many of the firm’s major projects.

As one of the fastest growing business units within Baker Group, Mike will oversee a staff of 100+ project managers and electricians which are located throughout the State of Iowa. 

Lipp is a professional engineer who has overseen numerous major projects at Principal Financial Group as well as DuPont Pioneer. He has also managed extensive projects for Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Iowa State University, and Wells Fargo.
