Logan Richards

Logan joined Baker Group in 2013 as a part-time IT Intern while attending Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems in 2017. After transitioning to a full-time role, he advanced through the positions of Systems Engineer and Software Development Team Lead before being named Director of Software and Analytics in 2026.
 
As Director of Software and Analytics, Logan leads Baker Group's in-house software development initiatives, enterprise software implementations, systems integrations, and data and analytics portfolios. Working across functional business groups, he helps bridge the gap between technology and business needs by developing innovative solutions that improve efficiency, support informed decision-making, and empower teams in the office and the field. He also plays a key role in advancing Baker Group's AI strategy, identifying practical applications that drive value for employees and clients alike.
