Prefabrication & Modular Construction

Through prefabrication and modular construction, we shift critical work offsite into controlled environments, reducing material waste, improving efficiency, and minimizing the environmental impact of construction activities. By building systems in a shop setting, we can optimize material use and tracking, limit excess scrap, and reduce the number of deliveries and onsite labor hours required.
