Nathan brings 14 years of construction safety experience to his role as Baker Group's Safety Director. Since joining Baker Group in 2017, he has been committed to fostering a culture where safety is a shared responsibility and every employee returns home safely to their family each day.
Nathan holds a B.S. in Occupational Safety Management and Industrial Technology from Wayne State College and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). He is an OSHA 500 and NFPA 70E trainer and maintains a multitude of extensive certifications. Nathan is actively involved in advancing safety across the industry through leadership and service on national and state committees, including the MCAA Safety and Health Committee, the MCAI Safety and Health Committee, the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), and the NECA Safety and Health Committee.
