Capital City Fruit

As a combination office, warehouse, and cooler space, this 82,000 square foot facility was an exciting step for Capital City Fruit and their customers. From the new facility, Capital City Fruit is able to offer faster, more efficient processing of complex orders, as well as continued assurance in produce quality and freshness. 

Baker Group was responsible for the plumbing, HVAC, and compressed air systems within the office and warehouse areas. Fully coordinated BIM/3D models, allowed the owner to utilize their space in the most efficient manner possible.
