City State Bank

Having experienced excellent growth and potentially looking to consolidate multiple locations, City State Bank wanted to accommodate future growth by building a new stand-alone facility in Norwalk, Iowa. Early in the construction process, Baker Group is providing City State Bank with design preconstruction and constructions services including new electrical services, power and distribution, low voltage and A/V, and fire alarm systems. 

Baker Group has worked extensively with City State Bank and DCI to “right size the facility” to accommodate City State Bank’s current and future growth, and to enhance services they provide to their clients.
