MINI of Des Moines

Willis Auto Campus of Des Moines asked Baker Group to provide the mechanical, Sheet Metal and Controls Systems for their new MINI showroom. The former Saturn of Des Moines was purchased by Willis to accommodate the latest addition to their lineup of exceptional automobiles. Baker Group updated the facility to comply with the MINI requirements.

Taking existing HVAC systems, Baker Group modified these for various floor plan changes. New grilles and diffusers were installed. Restrooms were remodeled. Showrooms were updated, and a diesel fuel pumping system was added to the maintenance bay.
