This project was design build with owner involvement early in the project. Baker Group looked at several different designs and budgets.

The HVAC system is a variable air volume rooftop unit with nine variable frequency drive. Fan powered VAV boxes with electric reheats are used throughout the building. There is a small separate cooling unit for the data room. Also included in the project costs is a fountain system for the main lobby.
