Zinpro Plant Expansion

Working Hand-in-Hand as Zinpro Expands

Over the span of nearly a decade, Baker Group has cultivated a robust partnership with Zinpro, a global leader in animal nutrition solutions, undertaking a series of Plan-Design-Build projects across multiple Zinpro plants in Shell Rock, Iowa; Garner, Iowa; and North Branch, Minnesota.

Beginning with an agglomeration project at the Garner plant, Baker Group was initially engaged to design and 3D model the project, enabling efficient execution during installation. This approach allowed Zinpro valuable input before construction, optimizing maintenance, accessibility, and overall project success.

Baker Group's role in these projects extended beyond mere execution; with a commitment to reliability, predictability, and comprehensive project execution that ensured efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to budget constraints. Subsequent projects included installations at reactor number five at the Garner plant, an expansion in Shell Rock introducing a new ISO acids process line, and a rotary capacity increase project at the North Branch plant in Minnesota.

The success of each project hinged on meticulous planning, design, and execution across multiple business units within Baker Group, including industrial, sheet metal, and automation divisions.

The success of these projects has solidified a partnership between Baker Group and Zinpro, built on trust, expertise, and a shared commitment to excellence. Baker Group's ability to provide reliability and predictability in project execution, coupled with their design-build capabilities, set them apart in the industrial project landscape.

As Zinpro continues to expand, their partnership with Baker Group remains strong, reflecting a mutual understanding of project needs and a dedication to delivering exceptional results.
